The Academic Head for K12 Division will lead the academic strategy, content development, and pedagogical excellence for BYJU'S school learning programs. This leadership role requires a visionary educator who can drive curriculum innovation, ensure content quality, and align academic offerings with evolving educational needs.

• Lead academic strategy and roadmap for K12 programs across CBSE, ICSE, and state boards for grades 6-12
• Oversee curriculum design, content development, and quality assurance for mathematics, science, and other subjects
• Manage a team of 30+ curriculum developers, subject matter experts, and academic reviewers to deliver high-quality learning content
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to integrate pedagogical principles into digital learning experiences
• Establish academic standards, content guidelines, and review processes to ensure accuracy and learning effectiveness
• Drive innovation in teaching methodologies, assessment design, and personalized learning approaches

• Master's degree or PhD in Education, Subject Specialization, or related field from a reputed institution
• Minimum 10 years of academic experience including curriculum development, teaching, or educational leadership roles
• Deep understanding of K12 curriculum frameworks (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards) and examination patterns
• Proven track record of building and scaling academic content teams and delivering high-quality educational products
• Strong pedagogical knowledge with ability to translate learning science into practical content strategies
• Experience in EdTech environment or digital content development is highly preferred
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
