The Academic Head will lead the K-12 curriculum development team, overseeing content strategy, pedagogy design, and quality assurance for Science and Mathematics streams. This role demands a visionary leader who can bridge academic excellence with digital innovation to create impactful learning experiences.

• Lead and mentor a team of 25+ curriculum designers, subject matter experts, and content creators across grades 6-12
• Design comprehensive curriculum frameworks aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and State Board requirements
• Establish quality benchmarks and review mechanisms to ensure academic rigor and pedagogical soundness
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to translate academic concepts into engaging digital formats
• Drive innovation in teaching methodologies incorporating adaptive learning and personalized pathways
• Monitor learner outcomes and iterate curriculum based on performance analytics and feedback

• Master's degree or PhD in Education, Mathematics, Physics, or related field from a reputed institution
• Minimum 10 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum design, or educational content development
• Deep understanding of CBSE/ICSE curriculum structure and competitive exam patterns (JEE/NEET)
• Proven track record of leading academic teams and managing large-scale content projects
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for curriculum improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Prior experience in EdTech or digital learning environments highly preferred
