We are seeking an Academic Head to lead curriculum development and content strategy for our K-12 mathematics programs. You will oversee a team of subject matter experts, content creators, and academic reviewers to deliver high-quality learning content. This role requires deep pedagogical expertise and leadership in academic innovation.

• Lead curriculum design, content development, and academic quality assurance for mathematics programs across grades 6-12
• Manage a team of 30+ content developers, academic experts, and educational designers
• Define learning objectives, pedagogical frameworks, and assessment strategies aligned with curriculum standards
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to create engaging digital learning experiences
• Conduct research on learning methodologies, educational trends, and student performance data
• Establish quality benchmarks and review processes to ensure academic rigor and effectiveness

• 10+ years of experience in academic content development, curriculum design, or educational leadership
• Strong subject matter expertise in mathematics with teaching or faculty experience
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing academic teams
• Deep understanding of pedagogical principles, learning theories, and student assessment methods
• Experience in EdTech or digital content development is highly preferred
• Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Education, or related field from premier institution
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
