Zonal Sales Head - Modern Trade

We are seeking a Zonal Sales Head to drive modern trade operations across South India. This leadership position involves managing key retail partnerships with major chains, maximizing shelf visibility, and achieving aggressive sales targets in the organized retail segment.

• Lead modern trade sales across South India covering Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala
• Manage relationships with key retail partners including Reliance, DMart, Spencer's, and regional supermarket chains
• Achieve zonal revenue targets of ₹150+ crores through strategic planning and flawless execution
• Negotiate shelf space, visibility programs, promotional schemes, and trade terms with retail buyers
• Drive category growth through innovative merchandising, in-store activations, and consumer promotions
• Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, inventory levels, and market trends to optimize supply chain and distribution

• 10+ years of sales experience in FMCG/personal care with at least 5 years in modern trade leadership
• Proven track record of managing relationships with large retail chains and achieving sales targets
• Deep understanding of modern trade dynamics, category management, and retail analytics
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence retail buyers and category managers
• Proficiency in trade marketing, promotional planning, and P&L management
• MBA in Sales/Marketing from reputed institution preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone
