Zonal Head - West

This Zonal Head position will oversee retail operations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa territories, managing 250+ stores and driving revenue targets of ₹300+ crores annually. The role demands strategic retail leadership, team development capabilities, and deep understanding of consumer behavior in the footwear segment.

• Drive top-line and bottom-line growth across 250+ retail stores in the Western zone
• Develop and execute zone-specific sales strategies aligned with national business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ Area Sales Managers and 250+ Store Managers
• Monitor daily sales performance, inventory management, and store operations metrics
• Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing teams on regional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years in retail sales with at least 5 years in zonal/regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large retail networks in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle segments
• Strong P&L management skills with experience handling ₹200+ crore revenue zones
• Excellent people management skills with ability to inspire and develop large teams
• Deep understanding of retail analytics, CRM systems, and omnichannel strategies
• Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa
