• Lead and manage retail operations across 80+ stores in the Western zone covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa
• Drive revenue targets exceeding ₹300 crores annually through effective sales strategies and team management
• Develop and implement zone-specific marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Monitor store performance metrics, inventory management, and customer satisfaction scores
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers and Store Managers
• Collaborate with product, supply chain, and marketing teams to optimize merchandising and customer experience

• 10+ years of experience in retail sales with at least 4 years in zonal or regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing large retail networks and achieving significant revenue targets
• Strong understanding of luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle products
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• MBA from a premier institute preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone (40-50% travel)
• Experience with retail analytics, CRM systems, and digital sales channels
