Wealth Manager - HNI Segment

This position involves managing a premium HNI client portfolio, providing holistic wealth management solutions, and driving revenue through asset acquisition and cross-selling of investment products. The ideal candidate will combine financial acumen with exceptional relationship management skills.

• Manage a portfolio of 80-100 HNI clients with assets under management of ₹200+ crores
• Provide comprehensive financial planning including wealth creation, preservation, and succession planning
• Drive asset acquisition through structured products, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and insurance
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing sessions with clients
• Organize exclusive client events, seminars, and webinars with industry experts
• Collaborate with product, research, and investment teams to deliver customized solutions

• 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory
• Strong understanding of equity markets, debt instruments, and alternative investments
• Proven track record of managing HNI clients with AUM of ₹150 crores or more
• NISM certifications (Series V-A, X-A, X-B) mandatory
• MBA in Finance or CFP/CFA certification highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with ultra-high net-worth clients
• Deep network within Mumbai's HNI community is an advantage
