About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our enterprise sales division and drive revenue growth across large corporate accounts. This strategic leadership role will oversee a team of sales managers and drive transformation in enterprise customer acquisition and expansion.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and scale the enterprise sales organization to achieve annual revenue targets of ₹150+ crores
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies targeting Fortune 500 and large enterprises across India
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 40+ sales professionals including regional managers and account executives
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and accelerate enterprise adoption
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance customer experience and drive retention
What Zoho Corporation Is Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA from premier institution is highly preferred
- 12+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise software sales, and cloud technologies
- Strong network within the enterprise segment and ability to engage with C-suite executives
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills with experience managing large teams
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking capabilities
