Supply Chain Manager - End to End Planning

The Supply Chain Manager will drive end-to-end supply chain planning across Amazon's fulfillment network, optimizing inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery performance. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize inventory placement across 50+ fulfillment centers
• Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and network optimization initiatives to improve service levels
• Drive cost reduction programs across inbound, outbound, and middle-mile transportation operations
• Collaborate with vendor management, operations, and transportation teams to ensure seamless fulfillment
• Build advanced analytics models and dashboards to monitor KPIs including fill rates, inventory turns, and delivery performance
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance supply chain efficiency and scalability

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
• 9+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or operations in e-commerce or retail
• Strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network design
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau
• Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations and delivering measurable results
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
