Supply Chain Manager - End-to-End Operations

The Supply Chain Manager will lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a key business segment, driving efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence. This role requires expertise in network planning, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
• Optimize network design and transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery speed
• Drive inventory accuracy, stock availability, and fulfillment efficiency across multiple fulfillment centers
• Implement automation and process improvements using Six Sigma, Lean, and data analytics
• Collaborate with vendors, third-party logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance supply chain resilience
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per unit, and inventory turnover to ensure continuous improvement

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and distribution network design
• Proficiency in supply chain analytics tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel/SQL
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex cross-functional projects
• B.Tech/B.E. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or related field; MBA preferred
• Six Sigma or Lean certification is a strong plus
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
