Supply Chain Manager - Distribution Network

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the distribution network operations for North India, managing fulfillment centers, sortation hubs, and last-mile delivery operations. This high-impact role requires expertise in network optimization, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency. You will manage operations worth ₹500+ crore annually with direct impact on customer experience.

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for North India network covering 15+ fulfillment centers and 50+ delivery hubs
• Drive network optimization, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet demand fluctuations and peak season requirements
• Ensure achievement of key metrics including on-time delivery (OTD), cost per shipment, inventory turns, and service levels
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with procurement, planning, transportation, and technology teams for process improvements
• Manage vendor partnerships with 3PL providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLA compliance
• Implement automation and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability

• 8-12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management in e-commerce, retail, or 3PL sectors
• Proven track record of managing large-scale distribution networks with high volume and complexity
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in supply chain modeling, network design, and optimization techniques
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and supply chain planning tools; proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• MBA or Engineering degree from premier institutions; Six Sigma certification is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with ambiguity and drive results through influence
