As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a designated zone, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. This role requires strategic thinking to optimize costs, improve delivery timelines, and enhance operational efficiency across multiple fulfillment centers.

• Oversee supply chain planning and execution across multiple warehouses and delivery hubs in the assigned region
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality standards
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse operations, and transportation teams to ensure seamless material flow
• Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost per shipment to drive continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional projects for process automation and supply chain digitization initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize logistics costs and service levels

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or third-party logistics
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, transportation management, and inventory optimization
• Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making and supply chain analytics tools
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ members
