Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimize our end-to-end logistics network across North India. This role demands strategic thinking combined with operational excellence to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality improvements.

• Manage supply chain operations for the North region covering 8000+ pin codes with focus on SLA adherence and cost efficiency
• Optimize transportation routes, hub operations, and last-mile delivery networks to improve turnaround time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and technology to enhance customer experience
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce operational costs by 15-20%
• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Lead vendor management and negotiate contracts with third-party logistics partners to ensure service quality

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations in e-commerce, 3PL, or courier industry
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain management software
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering measurable improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with network optimization, route planning, and transportation management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
