Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee network planning, inventory management, and operational excellence across Amazon's fulfillment centers in South India. • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for Amazon fulfillment centers covering South India region
• Drive network optimization, capacity planning, and inventory positioning strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery speed
• Collaborate with transportation, warehousing, and vendor management teams to ensure seamless operations
• Analyze supply chain metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Lead cross-functional projects for peak season preparedness, new product launches, and network expansion
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and service

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA is a strong plus
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management in e-commerce or retail
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and supply chain planning tools
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and leading cross-functional teams
• Expertise in inventory management, demand forecasting, and network optimization
• Excellent project management skills and ability to drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
