SOC Lead

The SOC Lead will manage the 24x7 Security Operations Center, leading incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management for enterprise clients. This role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity operations, SIEM tools, threat intelligence, and the ability to manage high-performing security teams.

• Lead and manage SOC operations with a team of 15-20 security analysts across shifts
• Oversee real-time security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities
• Develop and implement SOC processes, playbooks, and escalation procedures
• Coordinate with client stakeholders for incident reporting, forensic analysis, and remediation
• Drive continuous improvement in SIEM use cases, threat hunting, and detection capabilities
• Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and client-specific requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in SOC leadership roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), IDS/IPS, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
• Deep understanding of cyber threats, attack vectors, malware analysis, and incident response methodologies
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GCIH, or GCIA are mandatory
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage 24x7 operations
