SOC Lead - Security Operations Center

The SOC Lead will manage 24x7 security operations, leading threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring for enterprise clients. This critical role demands deep technical expertise and proven leadership in cybersecurity operations.

• Lead and manage a team of 30+ security analysts across multiple shifts for 24x7 SOC operations
• Oversee threat detection, incident response, and security event monitoring using SIEM and advanced analytics
• Establish and refine security playbooks, incident response procedures, and escalation protocols
• Conduct threat hunting exercises and proactive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities
• Coordinate with client stakeholders on security incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations
• Drive continuous improvement in SOC processes, tools, and team capabilities through training and automation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in SOC operations and leadership
• Expert knowledge of SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight), threat intelligence, and incident response
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and compliance requirements
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CEH, or CISM are mandatory
• Proven ability to manage large teams and handle high-pressure security incidents
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical issues to business stakeholders
