SOC Lead - Security Operations Center

The SOC Lead will manage 24x7 Security Operations Center activities, ensuring real-time threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. This role requires a seasoned cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience in SIEM tools, threat hunting, and team leadership.

• Lead SOC operations with 24x7 monitoring, threat detection, and incident response workflows
• Manage a team of security analysts and L1/L2 SOC engineers across shifts
• Oversee SIEM platforms, threat intelligence feeds, and security monitoring tools
• Coordinate incident response, forensic investigations, and post-incident reporting
• Drive process improvements, automation, and integration of security tools (EDR, IDS/IPS, SOAR)
• Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on security compliance

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in SOC operations/management
• Strong expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm, ArcSight)
• Hands-on experience with threat hunting, malware analysis, and incident response
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, GCIA, or GCIH are highly preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage escalations effectively
