Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of Adobe's cloud services. You will work on observability, automation, and incident management for services serving millions of users globally. This role requires strong systems knowledge and passion for operational excellence.

• Ensure reliability and uptime of Adobe cloud services through proactive monitoring and automation
• Design and implement observability solutions using metrics, logs, and distributed tracing
• Build automation tools and runbooks to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency
• Lead incident response, post-mortems, and drive reliability improvements
• Collaborate with development teams to implement SRE best practices and SLOs
• Capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost management for cloud infrastructure

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Strong expertise in Linux/Unix systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, or Java for automation
• Deep understanding of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic
• Experience with incident management, on-call rotations, and building reliable distributed systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on continuous improvement
