The Senior Research Associate will lead secondary research projects in the life sciences domain, conducting comprehensive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic insights for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, healthcare domain knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality research deliverables.

• Lead end-to-end execution of secondary research projects focused on pharmaceutical market assessment, competitive landscaping, and therapy area analysis
• Conduct in-depth research using proprietary databases, medical journals, regulatory filings, and industry sources to gather insights
• Analyze market dynamics, pricing strategies, pipeline developments, and commercial opportunities for client products
• Develop comprehensive research reports, presentations, and data visualizations for C-level client stakeholders
• Mentor junior research analysts and review research outputs to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Collaborate with global teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized research solutions

• 7+ years of experience in secondary research, market research, or business intelligence in healthcare/life sciences KPO
• Strong domain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, drug development, and healthcare ecosystems
• Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and databases (PubMed, Cortellis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex insights clearly
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Experience managing client interactions and handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail with strong quality orientation and deadline management capabilities
