This Senior Research Associate position focuses on delivering high-quality secondary and primary research for global investment firms and consulting clients. The role involves managing end-to-end research projects, mentoring junior analysts, and interfacing directly with international stakeholders. You will work on equity research, market intelligence, and competitive analysis assignments across diverse industries.

• Lead complex research projects for private equity, hedge funds, and management consulting firms
• Conduct comprehensive industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market sizing exercises
• Develop financial models, company profiles, and investment theses for global clients
• Mentor and train a team of 3-5 research analysts on methodology and quality standards
• Interface directly with client teams to understand requirements and present findings
• Ensure adherence to quality frameworks and turnaround time commitments for all deliverables

• 6-9 years of experience in KPO, equity research, consulting, or investment banking research
• MBA, CFA Level 2, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and research methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases like Bloomberg/FactSet
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Domain expertise in at least two sectors such as TMT, Healthcare, Industrials, or Financial Services
