The Senior Research Associate will lead secondary and primary research projects for global clients in the financial services sector. This role requires deep expertise in equity research, market analysis, and strategic consulting. You will manage client relationships, mentor junior analysts, and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.

• Lead end-to-end research projects including scoping, execution, and delivery
• Conduct in-depth industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market sizing
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment recommendations
• Manage client communications and present findings to senior stakeholders
• Mentor and train junior research analysts on methodologies and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments

• 7+ years of experience in research, consulting, or financial analysis
• Strong expertise in equity research, industry analysis, or management consulting
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and research databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ)
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• Domain expertise in financial services, technology, or healthcare is a plus
