Senior Research Associate

We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to conduct in-depth equity research and provide actionable investment insights for global clients. This role involves analyzing financial data, building valuation models, and producing high-quality research reports on Indian and emerging market companies.

• Conduct comprehensive equity research on companies across assigned sectors including financials, industrials, or technology
• Build and maintain financial models including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions
• Prepare detailed research reports, earnings updates, and investment recommendations for institutional clients
• Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and company-specific events impacting coverage universe
• Interact with company management teams, industry experts, and clients to gather insights and validate assumptions
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing and capability development

• 6+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis within KPO or research firms
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg Terminal
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, valuation methodologies, and financial statement analysis
• MBA/CFA/CA qualification or equivalent from reputed institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce publication-quality research
• Sector expertise in BFSI, Consumer, Technology, or Industrial sectors preferred
• Ability to work in global delivery model with flexibility for international client time zones
