Senior Product Manager - Growth

As Senior Product Manager for Growth, you'll drive user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies through data-driven experimentation and product innovation. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and deep understanding of consumer behavior.

• Own the end-to-end growth funnel from acquisition to retention, setting metrics and driving performance improvements
• Design and execute growth experiments using A/B testing, user segmentation, and behavioral analytics
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and optimize product features that drive growth
• Analyze user data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, engagement, and lifetime value
• Develop referral programs, viral loops, and gamification strategies to accelerate organic growth
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align growth initiatives with overall product and business strategy

• 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on growth, acquisition, or monetization
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes in consumer-facing digital products
• Deep understanding of growth frameworks, viral mechanics, and behavioral psychology
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with ability to operate in ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• MBA or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from premier institutions preferred
