Senior Medical Technology Lead

We are looking for a Senior Medical Technology Lead to drive the development and implementation of healthcare IT systems, electronic medical records, and patient engagement platforms. You will work closely with clinicians, hospital administrators, and technology teams to enhance patient care through technology.

• Lead development of hospital management systems, EMR/EHR platforms, and clinical decision support tools
• Collaborate with medical professionals to understand clinical workflows and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards (HIPAA, DISHA), and medical device protocols
• Implement telemedicine platforms, remote patient monitoring systems, and AI-powered diagnostic tools
• Drive integration of hospital systems including PACS, LIS, pharmacy, and billing systems
• Establish software quality standards and validation processes for medical software applications

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in healthcare technology domain
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and medical informatics
• Experience developing EMR/EHR systems, hospital management software, or clinical applications
• Understanding of healthcare compliance, patient data privacy, and medical device regulations
• Proficiency in modern tech stack (Java/Python/Node.js, React/Angular, cloud technologies)
• Ability to work effectively with clinical stakeholders and understand medical terminology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; healthcare certifications a plus
