Senior Manager - Clinical Technology Solutions

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead clinical technology initiatives including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, and AI-powered diagnostic tools. You will work closely with clinical teams, IT, and product teams to implement technology solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

• Lead implementation and optimization of hospital information systems, EHR/EMR platforms, and clinical workflows
• Drive digital health initiatives including telemedicine platforms, remote patient monitoring, and AI-enabled diagnostics
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify technology needs and design solutions improving patient outcomes
• Manage vendor relationships, technology evaluations, and integration of third-party clinical systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards (HIPAA, ABDM), and clinical quality frameworks
• Lead change management initiatives and training programs for clinical staff on new technology platforms

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, healthtech, or clinical systems implementation
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare delivery models
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar), hospital management systems, and PACS/RIS
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and interoperability protocols (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
• Project management expertise with experience leading large-scale technology implementations in hospital settings
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, patient data privacy, and quality standards in India
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or healthcare certifications preferred
