The Senior Management Consultant will lead strategy consulting engagements for C-suite clients across industries, focusing on growth strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, client management expertise, and the ability to drive impactful business outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end strategy consulting projects including market entry, growth strategy, M&A advisory, and business transformation engagements
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and strategic assessments for client organizations
• Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps that align with client business objectives and drive measurable value
• Manage project teams of consultants and analysts, ensuring quality deliverables, timely execution, and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to proposal development
• Contribute to Deloitte's thought leadership through white papers, industry reports, and speaking engagements at business forums

• 8-12 years of experience in management consulting, strategy roles, or corporate strategy positions with top-tier firms or corporations
• MBA from premier institution (IIM, ISB, or equivalent) with strong academic credentials; engineering or economics background preferred
• Proven track record of leading complex strategy projects with demonstrated impact on client business outcomes
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic frameworks
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities with experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
• Strong project management, team leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Industry expertise in BFSI, technology, consumer goods, or healthcare sectors is highly desirable
