Senior Learning Platform Engineering Lead

We are seeking a Senior Learning Platform Engineering Lead to architect and build scalable learning management systems, content delivery platforms, and adaptive learning engines. You will drive technical innovation to create world-class learning experiences for millions of students globally.

• Lead engineering teams to build and scale learning management systems serving 150M+ students globally
• Architect content delivery networks, video streaming platforms, and interactive learning modules with low latency
• Design adaptive learning algorithms and personalization engines to create customized learning paths for students
• Build analytics platforms to track student engagement, learning outcomes, and content effectiveness
• Collaborate with product, content, and pedagogy teams to translate educational requirements into technical solutions
• Drive engineering excellence, establish best practices, and mentor senior engineers across the organization

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in technical leadership roles
• Strong expertise in backend technologies (Java, Python, Node.js) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
• Experience building video streaming platforms, CDN optimization, and content delivery at scale
• Knowledge of learning technologies, SCORM, xAPI, and educational content standards
• Proficiency in database design (SQL/NoSQL), caching strategies, and distributed systems architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and microservices architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
