Senior Learning Platform Architect

We are hiring a Senior Learning Platform Architect to design scalable, adaptive learning systems that deliver personalized educational experiences to millions of students. You will architect platforms combining content delivery, assessment engines, gamification, and AI-driven personalization.

• Design end-to-end architecture for learning management systems, content delivery platforms, and adaptive learning engines
• Build scalable systems handling millions of concurrent users with low latency for video streaming and interactive content
• Architect AI-powered recommendation engines and personalization systems based on learner behavior and performance
• Lead technical strategy for mobile-first learning experiences across Android, iOS, and web platforms
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance optimization for global user base
• Collaborate with product, content, and data science teams to innovate learning technologies

• 9+ years of software architecture experience with at least 2 years in edtech or learning platforms
• Deep expertise in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong understanding of video streaming technologies, CDN optimization, and mobile app architectures
• Experience with learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and adaptive learning algorithms
• Proficiency in backend technologies (Java, Node.js, Python) and modern frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in education, recommendation systems, and data analytics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
