Senior Director - Supply Chain Technology

We're seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain Technology to lead innovation in route optimization, warehouse automation, and last-mile delivery technologies. You'll drive tech-enabled efficiency improvements across India's largest logistics network serving 25,000+ customers.

• Define and execute technology strategy for supply chain optimization, automation, and intelligence
• Lead teams of 60+ engineers, data scientists, and product managers working on logistics platforms
• Drive AI/ML initiatives for demand forecasting, route optimization, and capacity planning
• Oversee implementation of warehouse management systems and automation technologies across 100+ facilities
• Establish technology partnerships with global logistics tech providers and startups
• Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and network utilization

• 11+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations technology
• Strong background in optimization algorithms, operations research, and predictive analytics
• Experience building and scaling logistics technology platforms in high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, and last-mile delivery
• Proven leadership experience managing large technology and product teams
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to balance innovation with operational excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or Master's in Operations/Supply Chain preferred
