We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives that drive business growth and customer personalization. You will work on building machine learning models for recommendation systems, demand forecasting, and customer segmentation. • Design and implement machine learning models for product recommendations and search relevance
• Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem formulation to production deployment
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities
• Develop predictive models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
• Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for the analytics team
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership using data storytelling

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• 8+ years of experience in data science with proven track record of deploying ML models
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with experience in big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and A/B testing
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer internet companies preferred
