Senior Clinical Informatics Lead

We are hiring a Senior Clinical Informatics Lead to bridge clinical practice and healthcare technology. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing hospital information systems, electronic medical records, and clinical decision support systems. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and IT teams to improve clinical workflows and patient safety through technology.

• Lead the implementation and optimization of hospital information systems and EMR platforms
• Design clinical workflows and configure systems to meet clinical requirements and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with clinical staff to identify technology needs and develop informatics solutions
• Drive adoption of clinical decision support systems, order sets, and evidence-based protocols
• Conduct training programs for healthcare professionals on clinical information systems
• Monitor system performance, user adoption, and impact on clinical quality metrics

• 8+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or related healthcare technology roles
• Clinical background (MD, MBBS, Nursing, Pharmacy) with informatics training or certification preferred
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar) and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Knowledge of clinical quality measures, patient safety initiatives, and meaningful use requirements
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clinical and technical stakeholders
• Master's degree in Clinical Informatics, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
