We are looking for a Senior Clinical Data Engineer to build robust data pipelines and infrastructure that power our healthcare analytics and clinical decision support systems. This role involves working with sensitive healthcare data, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and building systems that improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and product teams to leverage data for better healthcare delivery.

• Design and build scalable data pipelines to process clinical, operational, and patient engagement data
• Implement healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, and DICOM for interoperability
• Develop ETL workflows to integrate data from EHRs, diagnostic systems, and patient portals
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and security compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Indian data protection laws)
• Build data models and warehouses optimized for healthcare analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with data scientists to support ML models for clinical predictions and risk stratification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
• 7+ years of data engineering experience with at least 2 years in healthcare or clinical domains
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and big data technologies like Spark, Kafka, and Airflow
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, SNOMED-CT, ICD-10) and medical terminologies
• Experience with data privacy regulations and implementing security controls for PHI/PII data
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouse solutions
• Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations is highly preferred
