Sales Manager Real Estate

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales for our premium residential projects in Hyderabad. This role requires someone with strong client relationship skills, market knowledge, and the ability to lead sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

• Lead sales operations for residential projects with focus on achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and high net-worth clients
• Develop sales strategies and marketing plans in collaboration with marketing and project teams
• Manage a team of sales executives and provide coaching to improve conversion rates
• Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations for property sales
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 9 years of experience in real estate sales with proven track record of achieving targets
• Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and HNI clients in Hyderabad market
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of real estate regulations, home loan processes, and documentation
• Experience selling luxury residential properties (₹1Cr+ ticket size)
• Self-motivated with ability to work in target-driven environments
