Sales Manager Real Estate

The Sales Manager will lead residential sales operations for premium and luxury projects in the NCR region, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition. This role requires a proven sales leader with deep understanding of real estate market dynamics and channel partner networks.

• Lead and manage sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for residential projects
• Develop and execute sales strategies, channel partner programs, and customer acquisition campaigns
• Build and nurture relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups
• Monitor sales pipeline, lead conversion rates, and implement improvement measures
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and sales presentations for prospective buyers
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer journey from inquiry to possession

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 9+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with premium/luxury residential projects
• Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents in NCR market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets exceeding ₹100 crores annually
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Deep understanding of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and customer psychology
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within NCR region
