We are seeking a Relationship Manager Corporate to manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients with annual turnover of ₹50-500 crores. The role involves credit appraisal, cross-selling banking solutions, and achieving aggressive business growth targets.

• Manage a portfolio of 25-30 corporate clients and achieve asset and liability targets of ₹100+ crores
• Conduct detailed credit appraisals, financial analysis, and risk assessment for working capital and term loan proposals
• Develop comprehensive banking solutions including cash management, trade finance, forex, and treasury products
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, RBI guidelines, and internal risk management frameworks
• Prepare credit proposals, presentations, and documentation for credit approval committees

• MBA in Finance or CA/ICWA with 7+ years in corporate banking or SME lending
• Strong credit appraisal skills with expertise in financial statement analysis and ratio analysis
• Proven track record of achieving business targets in competitive markets
• Deep understanding of working capital financing, term loans, and structured finance products
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with C-suite executives
• Knowledge of banking regulations, credit policies, and documentation requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
