Regional Sales Manager

• Lead regional sales strategy and achieve revenue targets for Oracle Cloud, ERP, and SaaS solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 enterprise sales executives across the South region
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with C-level executives in large enterprises
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and drive account expansion
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design winning proposals
• Forecast sales pipeline, track CRM data, and provide accurate revenue projections to leadership

• 10-15 years of B2B/enterprise software sales experience with at least 4 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of achieving multi-crore revenue targets in SaaS, cloud, or ERP sales
• Strong understanding of enterprise software landscape including ERP, cloud infrastructure, and databases
• Excellent relationship management skills with ability to engage CXOs and senior stakeholders
• MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution; engineering background is a plus
• Experience with solution selling, consultative sales methodologies, and complex deal negotiations
• Willingness to travel extensively across the South India region
