Regional Sales Head

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Head to drive sales and distribution excellence across the Western region. This leadership role requires a proven sales professional who can manage multi-channel distribution, expand market reach, and deliver aggressive revenue targets while building high-performing teams.

• Lead sales operations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa with P&L responsibility for the region
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume and value growth targets
• Manage relationships with distributors, super stockists, and key retail partners across modern trade and general trade
• Drive market expansion initiatives, new product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Build, mentor, and lead a sales team of 50+ Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities

• MBA in Marketing/Sales from a reputed business school
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in FMCG industry with at least 5 years in regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in highly competitive markets
• Strong understanding of distribution management, trade marketing, and channel dynamics
• Experience in managing large sales teams and multi-tier distribution networks
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
