Regional Sales Head

The Regional Sales Head will drive sales strategy and execution across the Western region, managing a team of Area Sales Managers and ensuring achievement of volume and value targets. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on market execution capabilities.

• Lead and manage sales operations across the Western region covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa
• Drive primary and secondary sales targets worth ₹500+ crores annually
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches
• Manage and mentor a team of 15+ Area Sales Managers and 200+ field force
• Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors and modern trade partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and implement counter-strategies

• 10-14 years of experience in FMCG sales with at least 4 years in regional leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving sales targets in large territories
• Strong understanding of distribution management, trade schemes, and channel dynamics
• Experience in managing large field teams and driving performance culture
• MBA from a premier institute preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
