Regional Retail Manager

The Regional Retail Manager will oversee 12-15 stores across North India, driving sales performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on store management and team development.

• Manage P&L for 12-15 stores with combined annual revenue of ₹200-250 Cr
• Drive same-store sales growth, footfall optimization, and conversion rate improvements
• Lead store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and department heads across the region
• Execute regional marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer loyalty programs
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and operational policies

• 9+ years of experience in retail operations with minimum 4 years in multi-store management
• Proven track record in fashion, lifestyle, or department store retail
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in P&L management and margin optimization
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to inspire and manage large teams (200+ people)
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Retail Management preferred
• Proficiency in retail analytics, POS systems, and inventory management software
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned region
