The Regional Retail Manager will oversee operations of 30+ Reliance Trends stores across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, driving sales performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. This leadership role requires a seasoned retail professional capable of managing large store networks and delivering consistent business growth.

• Manage P&L for 30+ stores with collective annual revenue exceeding ₹100 crores
• Drive sales targets, footfall conversion, and average transaction value through strategic initiatives
• Ensure visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and store maintenance across all locations
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and frontline teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs to boost revenue
• Conduct regular store audits, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective action plans

• 9+ years of retail operations experience with minimum 4 years in multi-store management roles
• Proven track record of managing large store networks in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail
• Strong P&L management, business analytics, and operational excellence capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred
• Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in retail management systems, inventory optimization, and visual merchandising
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region (50-60% travel)
