• Manage P&L and operational performance for 40+ retail stores across fashion and lifestyle formats
• Drive sales growth, footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value through strategic initiatives
• Lead a team of 500+ store staff including store managers, supervisors, and frontline associates
• Implement visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and loss prevention protocols
• Monitor KPIs, conduct store audits, and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs

• MBA with 9+ years in retail operations management with proven regional leadership experience
• Strong track record of managing multi-store operations in organized retail (apparel, lifestyle, or FMCG)
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and operational efficiency across large store networks
• Excellent people management skills with experience leading teams of 300+ associates
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in retail metrics, inventory management, and data analysis
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region and work in fast-paced retail environment
