Project Head - Residential Development

We are seeking a Project Head to oversee a premium residential development project in Gurugram with an estimated project value of ₹1,500 crore. This leadership role involves managing all aspects of project execution including planning, procurement, construction, quality assurance, and timely delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and design to construction and handover
• Manage project budgets exceeding ₹1,500 crore and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and safety compliance across all project sites
• Drive timely approvals from regulatory authorities including municipal corporations and RERA
• Lead project review meetings with senior management and provide regular status updates

• 12+ years of experience in real estate project management with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering; MBA or PMP certification is preferred
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential projects (500+ units) on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, procurement, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience managing teams of 100+ members
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, and ERP systems
• Strong stakeholder management abilities including interactions with investors, customers, and government officials
