This critical leadership role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams while managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and handover. • Oversee complete project lifecycle from planning and approvals to execution, delivery, and customer handover
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation ensuring adherence to financial and quality targets
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities for smooth project execution
• Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and statutory compliance across all project sites
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and quality control departments
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve project-related challenges proactively

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree or PMP certification is a strong plus
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate project management with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential or commercial projects (500+ units or 1 million+ sq ft)
• Strong knowledge of construction technologies, project management tools, and real estate regulations
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams of 50+ members
