Project Head

We are seeking a dynamic Project Head to lead the development of our upcoming luxury residential township spread across 40 acres in Gurugram. This leadership role requires end-to-end project management from planning through execution and handover. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets exceeding ₹1,500 crores, and ensure delivery of world-class residential spaces.

• Lead complete project lifecycle for luxury residential development worth ₹1,500+ crores
• Manage project planning, design coordination, construction execution, and timely delivery
• Oversee budgets, contracts, vendor management, and procurement for the entire project
• Ensure compliance with all statutory approvals, building codes, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and government authorities
• Drive project timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and deliver units as per committed schedules

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university; Master's or MBA is preferred
• 12-18 years of experience in real estate project management with at least 5 years leading large residential projects
• Proven track record of delivering residential projects of 1 million+ sq ft
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and real estate regulations
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams of 100+ members
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
