• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning and design to execution and handover
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with statutory authorities for approvals, clearances, and compliance
• Implement risk management and mitigation strategies throughout project execution
• Drive vendor negotiations, procurement, and contract management activities

• 10+ years of experience in real estate project management with at least 3 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential or commercial projects (5 lakh+ sq ft)
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering; PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Expertise in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required
