We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and development of large-scale distributed systems for Azure services. You will architect solutions that serve millions of users worldwide and mentor senior engineers across teams. • Design and architect large-scale distributed systems and microservices for Azure platform
• Lead technical direction for critical projects and drive engineering excellence across teams
• Provide technical mentorship to senior engineers and conduct architecture reviews
• Collaborate with product management and business teams to define technical roadmaps
• Drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and evaluation of emerging technologies
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and performance optimization

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with focus on backend and distributed systems
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, Java, or similar object-oriented languages
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms and related services
• Strong system design skills with proven track record of building scalable systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence across organizations
