Principal Management Consultant

We are looking for a Principal Management Consultant to lead strategic transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. This role involves designing business strategies, leading large-scale transformation programs, and mentoring consultant teams across diverse industry verticals.

• Lead end-to-end strategy and transformation engagements for large enterprise clients
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and develop strategic recommendations for C-suite executives
• Design operating models, organizational structures, and process optimization frameworks
• Manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to proposal development
• Mentor and develop teams of consultants and analysts on project delivery and client management
• Build industry thought leadership through white papers, presentations, and client workshops

• 9+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (Big 4, MBB, or equivalent)
• Proven track record of leading complex strategy and transformation projects
• Deep expertise in at least two industry verticals (BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Technology)
• MBA from premier business school (IIM, ISB, or top international universities)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking approach
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management
