The Plant Head will have complete P&L responsibility for the Chennai manufacturing facility, overseeing all production operations, quality, supply chain, and workforce management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Lead end-to-end plant operations with full P&L accountability and budget management
• Drive production planning, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency improvements
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and environmental regulations are met
• Manage relationships with key automotive OEM customers and ensure on-time delivery
• Lead and mentor a team of 500+ employees including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics
• Implement lean manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing with at least 5 years in plant leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing or automotive component production
• Proven track record in driving operational excellence and cost optimization
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and quality management systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing large teams and working with automotive OEMs like Maruti, Hyundai, or Toyota
