The Performance Marketing Manager will lead paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads and customer conversions. You will manage substantial marketing budgets, optimize ROI across Google Ads, Facebook, affiliate networks, and emerging channels. This role demands analytical rigor, creative testing mindset, and deep expertise in performance marketing for lead generation businesses.

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels
• Manage monthly marketing budgets of ₹2-3 crore with focus on CAC optimization and ROI maximization
• Develop audience targeting strategies, creative testing frameworks, and conversion optimization initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and present recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to create high-performing ad creatives
• Explore and test new channels including programmatic, affiliate marketing, and emerging platforms

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience in lead generation, fintech, or e-commerce companies
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Data-driven approach with advanced Excel/SQL skills and experience with BI tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications preferred
