About the Role
The Performance Marketing Manager will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels, managing multi-million rupee monthly budgets. This data-driven role requires expertise in performance marketing across search, social, display, and affiliate channels.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Advertising, and affiliate networks with monthly budgets of ₹5+ crores
- Drive key metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV across brand and category campaigns
- Develop testing roadmaps for creative variations, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to build high-converting landing pages and customer journeys
- Implement advanced tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics frameworks to measure true campaign impact
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
What Nykaa Is Looking For
- 6-8 years of performance marketing experience in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer internet companies
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Proven track record of managing monthly marketing budgets of ₹3+ crores with strong ROAS delivery
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics, funnel optimization, and multi-touch attribution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; certifications from Google/Meta preferred
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle categories is a significant advantage
